I have a copy of the same photo that Pete Ward sent a couple of weeks back and I find that I wrote the following on the back:

Batting cup: G Routh
Bowling cup: P Ward
Fielding cup: P Gold
Service cup: C George
So this was the 1st XI for the school year 1961-62 which played in the Summer of '62.
Not sure what you had to do to get the service cup!
